Hi guys,

I am a 3D artist and I do often play games. I am looking at a config that can suit both my needs. Can anyone please suggest what motherboard and memory I should go for?

Thanks in advance

Memory because you use programs what need a lot of memory ill recomend 16gb : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231486
I choosed 2x8 gb ( 16gb total) because if in the future you need more you can buy another 2x4gb for a total of 32gb. I know in 3D you need big memory.

hi g-unit1111,

I will be gaming along side my work....so I opted to get a GTX570 instead of a workstation card like Fire Pro or Quadro....im not really sure about how games might run with Fire Pro/Quadro....

Thanks

Yeah if you're going to be doing any sort of gaming the Fire Pro or Quaddros wouldn't be a good choice at all, but I'm not a fan of the Twin Frozr either - go with the EVGA 570 - that would be a much better choice.
