Current HDD on new rig

Hello guys..

Need some assist since I am not really good with computer.

I am going to build a new rig to replace my old one but will be using my current HDD.

The question is :
Will there be any problem with the OS on the new rig? etc. driver problem?

That is not a problem. You need to do a clean install and everything should be ok.

one more thing.. if i want to keep my current OS and programs on the disk but put it on the new rig, will it be a problem when booting with all the new hardware?

Yes - that is why he said do a clean install - all applications will have to be installed again. You can try cloning but IMO easier/better to just start over.

if your old pc is not a oem build
their will be no problem
you can keep your current os and can run it in other rig too, their will be no problem
