Check your ram, make sure its seated correctly. Also try a single stick, your ram maybe bad.

as popatim asks. how do you know the card works? if you get no signal message on the monitor then the monitors fine but the card is off. if you get a black screen and the monitor hasnt gone into standby it means a failed post again broken card.
so unless you have tried the card in another machine then i would assume the card is the problem. if you have tested it in another machine then i would look at the psu in the original machine...
