With such a high powered Pc I think you should consider dual GTX 580's instead of the 590. The 590 comes clocked so low that you have to overclock it by 250 mhz just to get up to a super clocked 580. The two 580's will also out perform the 590 by a good amount.
That would be the only thing I see that could be improved with your build.
