ahh, I see. It's embedded in the boot sector of the hard drive. You'd have to do a low-level format on your hard drive, I believe.

I would think you would re-create your partition on Fdisk and not enable "large disk support". Just a guess.

I used a utility called 'Zapart' to delete the boot disk sector on a HDD once to rid myself of a virus - may help you. Sorry not sure where i got it from though!
