Does anyone know of a cheap motherboard that is compatible with a GTX 660 2GB and a AMD Phenom II X4?

I think I'll go with an ASRock 970 Extreme 3, that and the Phenom X4 965, cooled with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus what kind of OC do you think I might be able to achieve?

I'd say you should probably be able to do 3.7 - 4.0 with that setup.
