How long b4 ....socket 1366

I am wondering how long before I won't be able to buy an i7 for my socket 1366 mobo? I see that I can still drop over $1000 if I wanted to but, eventually my i7 920 will die. OR, will my EVGA X58 die first? Neither one gets used really hard. But it was my first build and I kinda like it.

It shouldn't die, it will just be so underpowered to the point where you have to upgrade.
