Help with double gpus

Hy everyone;

I am building a HTPC and I want to buy and install at the same time a 590 and a 430 from nvidia;

The thing is I would like to choose which card to use when I turn on the PC so that when I am using the pc just for internet or movies or old games I want to use the 430 so to save power and lower the temps inside the case;
But when I want to play latest games with no compromises I would then need to use the 590;

What can I do? I do not like Lucid virtu of the z98 chipset;

Does the nvidia driver allow something like that?

Thanks a lot for your help!

No, you cant run 2 graphics cards and switch between them through software.

You have to either manually switch the cards
Or buy 2 motherboards (including the whole rigs) and get a display switcher.

In my opinion the Lucid virtu is the way to go, unless you want to have 2 different systems.
