Zalman/CNPS9500AT not running at full strength

I just purchased the following replacement motherboard for my Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.40GHz processor, and was wondering if there is anyway to get the fan to run faster than 1500rpm according to Speedfan? I thought I might be able to go up to 2300rpm.

Run Prime95 to keep the CPU 100% busy and check how fast the fan spins to keep it cool enough. By default the fan shouldn't spin at full speed unles more cooling is required. You could also set CPU Fan Profile and CPU Q-Fan Control as per your requirements.

I have it set to performance mode in the Hardware monitor in the bios, but the fan doesn't go past 1600rpm.

At 100% for all 4 cores the cpu hits 130F, and the fan doesn't go over 1563RPM.

the max rpm is 1500 for a cnps 9500. there is no way to get more out of it without replacing the fan.

The fan specs are 1,300rpm ± 30% ~ 2,650rpm ± 10%

130°F (55°C) is fine and at that speed, the fan should still be quiet.
