Perfect Cooling for My Rig

Good day to all.

I would like to hear some advice if the Cooler Master V6 GT CPU Cooler is perfect for my ASRock Z77 Extreme 6. I am worried about the tendency that the cooler may not fit in the motherboard due to its heatsink, I am also doubting of the possibility of sacrificing one slot for my RAM modules. I really hate that.

The V6 GT CPU Cooler is compatible with the ASRock 277 Extreme 6. However, we you have to worry about is the memory card not fitting. The cooler has a 36mm space at the bottom, see below website for your reference.
