Hello

I am getting ready to do a build for Photo editing and will be useing an i7-3770K on an ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe ATX LGA 1155. Having trouble finding out a couple of things: will Corsair Vengeane Performance DDR3-1866, model CMZ32GX3M4A1866C9 work in this board at this speed or will it default to a lower and if so should I just get the 1600 model and OC if I want. Also does anyone know if the RAM will get in the way of my CPU Cooler Enermax ETS-T40-TB?

thank you for any help

It will default at 1600 mhz, you can turn the xmp profile(or overclock manually if you want it at 1866 mhz, my advice is if the 1600 mhz kit is much more cheaper, get it and overclock it yourself, also i recommend going with low profile ram, like the vengeance lp, g.skill ares, crucial ballistix sport or any ram without tall heat spreaders.
