I am building a workstation PC for myself. Been out of the PC build world for a while and need as much help as possible . Please help me out. I need it for architectural school and will plan to build ASAP!

BUDGET: $1000-$1500(prefer to keep as low as possible)

Where to buy from: Basically anywhere. Ebay, Amazon, Newegg, Tigerdirect, Microcenter(i live about 30 min away from one)

Looking to run programs such as AUTOCAD, 3D programs, LOTS OF MULITASKING!, ETC.

I have heard the 2600k chips are amazing at basically everything so i would like to use that one because its got hyper threading which will benefit my use. Also, does anyone know how the Geforce cards render compared to Quaddro Cards? If not much difference then I will take the cheaper geforces.

Ram: 8 or 16 gb. Anyone know info on tri channel memory?

Please help me ASAP!

I have choosed an Nvidia with 2500mb memory because its known the gpu need memory. I've put 16GB RAM ,it a must have,if you feel you need more you can upgrade with another 2x8GB for a 32GB RAM.
You can choose between Nvidia or Quadro you know better what is the best.
For another 200$ you can put an 128GB SSD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... for a quick launch for the aplications you use.

ok so heres a few issues i see with the set up you provided me.

MEMORY: I would like to go with a 1600 instead of 1333. why not get a little more performance for like $1 more.
HDD: I was thinking of getting a 1tb as a storage drive, while throwing in a 60 or 80 gb SSD for applications/ win7/ start up
GPU: is there any other cards that have such high DDR5 ram like the 570 which are either cheaper?
CASE: i was really interested in the R3 because of some reasons. 1. I work in a small office and noise is an issue. I have owned the 922 before and any sound coming from the case is clearly heard. 2. the case is really low profile high quality build 3. the black interiors are MUCH MUCH better looking than that silver interior.

Also, in my position would 16 to 32 be a big difference? i have 8gb on my build right now and it handles well but im not running as much as i plan to on this new build.
