Hello,
i need to no how to install driver for ethernet driver for a gateway profile 4 before i can hook up my modem to the computer and for free can anyone help?

The ethernet adapter driver is probably included in the chipset drivers -- go to the Gateway site or look at any CD which came with the machine for the chipset drivers.
