Second display stopped working with gtx460x2

Hey all,
So I generally have my samsung syncmaster 27" as my primary display, and I set my Panasonic TV as my secondary to watch movies.
I have dual GTX 460s, and I have HDMI going out from one to the monitor, and one to the TV. For some reason, I get no response from my TV via my computer.

I've tried re installing the latest nvidia drivers. I tried switching the HDMIs to the other cards, and setting the tv as primary and only display and still nothing. I also tried switching out hdmi cables, they both work fine :cry:  !

I'm running win7 ultimate 64bit, and I've never had this problem before!!
Please let me know if you have any ideas

I'm having a similar problem with a single gtx 460, an Asus, and a Vizio TV. It used to be as simple as unplugging the dvi I have running to my Asus and then when I plugged it in they both worked again, but this time seems to be different. I've been troubleshooting for about 45 minutes now
