What parts need to be replaced?

My homebuilt PC was dropped and I am trying to assess the damage.
It boots up fine and runs fine under normal operation; however, now when I try to play games the CPU usage goes up to 100% (performance tab on task manager) and the frame rate is very bad.

GPU fan speeds, clock, etc. appear to have not been affected (catalyst control center).

Before the accident, games ran perfectly.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

When reseating stuff I noticed the cpu fan was partially unseated. I was just using the stock fan.
So, I should clean the cpu fan and cpu, reapply thermal paste, and test it again?

Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction :)

I redo-ing the thermal paste and reseating the cpu fan has fixed the problem, at least everything is back to normal and running smoothly SO FAR.
I really didn't/don't want to be forced to buy new components!!

Thanks again.
