I'm trying to build a system for downloading torrents and internet surfing (10-20 tabs open at a time) and watching movies.

The downloading would be 24x7.

Please look at the configuration and suggest.

AMD A6-3500 APU would be fine you don't need to go Quad-Core since you'll only be having 3-4 programs running at a time (media player, browser and download client)

HDD: Green Drive would be fine for HTPC, however if your not too concerned with saving electricity, since the SeaGate Barracuda 7200rpm is the same price, id probably just go for that. (Also bare in mind the green drive is likely to be slightly quieter).

Memory: 8GB is unnecessary, 2x2GB 1333MHz sticks would be more than enough.

Case: Pretty much anything you like the look of that can house whatever motherboard size your looking at. There's some really nice HTPC cases you can buy.

PSU: 300w will be plenty, especially without a graphics card.
$40 SeaSonic (80PLUS Bronze) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151086

Motherboard: Your link doesn't work, but almost any motherboard with the correct socket type will suffice.

Is there any particular reason to select a different case and PSU.

Wouldn't this be good enough
