Will my CPU cooler fit this Mobo?

Hey guys, I recently found this Motherboard that's cheaper than the one I wanted, and I'm not sure if my CPU cooler will fit the Motherboard.

Motherboard:

I know that the CPU cooler is the right socket type, I'm just worried that the Motherboard's heatsinks will get in the way of the CPU cooler. I wanna use the cooler vertically so I don't cover up any ram slots. This is my first build so I'm not particularly sure if it'll work. I already have the CPU cooler bought.
