P3 and power supply

I have a 200W power supply. Installed a new P3 866 and now computer won't load. In the power supply the problem? What does the P3 require?

Unless you have many other devices draining your power supply, an 866 should still be able to minimally load.

It deopend on the quality of the power supply. Try removing all the cards except video and al the drives and see if it boots to the bios promt.
