I currently have a 600w PSU

Will this be enough for

2x Radeon HD 6850 (crossfire)
3x HDDs
Z68MA-ED55 (b3) Motherboard MSI
DVD RW Drive
2x 4gb ddr3 1333
Core i5 2550k
4 fans (1x 230mm, 1x 230mm LED, 2x 140mm)

I doubt it will be enough....

If it is not enough what should I get, I was looking at a 1000w PSU from Azza that only 100 bucks

Azza = unreliable. It should be good enough as long as you don't overclock. Wait Which PSU? Model?

It's not just about watts.
A good quality 600 watt / 40 amp psu would do, your's won't.
And a low quality , high wattage psu like the Azza is pointless.
For $100 or less you can get a good quality 750w that would have the 4 pcie connectors you might need and an overabundance of power for your spec.

Can anyone recommend a PSU for 100 bucks or less that will handle this without being too close to the limit????

It might work, the psu specs you've given scream of an ancient design ( 50a on the 5v ), I wouldn't.
