Video card for hp pavillion a1610f

Hi i have a hp pavillion A1610F and i would like to hook up my toshiba dlp projection tv to my pc and on the back of my tower there is no hook up for hdmi but my tv does have hdmi so what video card would you suggest that i can purchase so that i can watch tv from my computor all info much appreciated regards Wayne ps also should it be dvi out also should i also pay a little more and get a video card that supports hdcp once again thanks !!!!!
