Intel Pentium 4 630

I am currently using an old government computer (changed out the hard drive and added my custom stuff to it) and the computer has a pentium 4 630 and ive been browsing around for anything to monitor the cpu's temps since I wana overclock it but nothing works (ive tried real temp speccy everest and core temp) if anyone knows of any old programs that will work plz tell me.

    Eh I just put my *** back in my old comp (tried the CPU from my current desktop in the newish mb and it didn't work (updated drivers even) but nothing so now I need some thermal paste)
