AM3 Motherboard under $150

Hey guys, i am currenty using an ecs a790gxm-ad3 mobo and im looking to get a new mobo. I use a phenom x4 955BE with a corsair h60 cooler. As long as it is under $150 i can get it. The most important factor for me would be the overclocking capability. I want the best am3 motherboard for ocing under 150 dollars. Other than that I dont mind atx or micro atx. I am using an AMD Radeon HD 6850 gpu, so onboard gpu is not necessary. Any advise would be appreciated.

do both of these perform the same or is one of them any better? I could get any of, im leaning towards the gigabyte mobo but is there much difference

There's no much difference, both got the same features and power phases, so if you can afford the gigabyte and you like it, get it.
