Running monitor off second card in crossfire

Just wondering if there's any way to run my monitor off my second 6950? that card runs much cooler, so I want to use that instead to even out the 10-20 degree difference...

I get no image when it's plugged into the second card.

If it helps, I have a ASUS Sabertooth 990fx...

Single monitor... Just want to put the pressure on the cooler card. Also, DVI-HDMI...

I've tried swapping the cards.
