My budget was around $700 and this build is meant for games like Battlefield 3 and Assasins Creed to run on high settings without lag. Wondering if I need an changes to make this build work out altogether. If I do then give me an item to replace it.

Not a particularly good PSU and out of stock. You would have paid $10 shipping on it.

At that cost the $80 Rosewill Capstone is a far better deal. Free shipping, 80Plus Gold, incredible performance for the price. actually delivers more power despite the wattage ratings.
Silverstone 600W = 42 amps on the 12V rail
