Is this power supply any good?

Ocz Stealthxstream 600W ATX12V

it's quiet, it's cheap.. is it any good? - Seems like it is $50 less than other units of similar specs...

I can buy one for about $70 or so

I have a upper middle of the road system planned.. couple 150 gig raptors,a G0 Q6600, 4 gigs of Ballistics DDR1066, likely a 8800GT (more or less) video card.

Don't plan to over clock, or if I do, it would be pretty mild

The Stealthstream is identical to the Gamestream minus the modular cabling. Excellent for the price.
