  1. Hello Yashua916;

    I see a few items in your list that I haven't previously seen on any Hackintosh builds.
    Have you checked for OSX drivers for all hardware?

    I have looked around but It's my first hackintosh attempt and thats why I am here. Do you have somme suggestions of where I can look to check on my hardware?
  3. I'd work with some of the Hackintosh sites to see what others have had success with, or are recommending.
    You're going to find the 'hardware pool' is a lot shallower for OSX than for Win7.
  4. If I were to guess:
    ASUS Crosshair V Formula AM3+ AMD 990FX (and it's AMD FX-8150 Zambezi CPU) will be hardest to source OSX drivers.

    Only dual HD 6870s in a $2000 system? Looking at the rest of your build I'm thinking you're investing too much or your $$$ into the system cooling and not enough in your system performance parts.
