Question about bottleneck

My friend is planning to buy a new computer and upgrade to graphics card. The computer will come with an intel core i5 2320. I graphics card he is planning to upgrade to is a gtx 570. I am wondering if the cpu will bottleneck the graphics card. :hello:

    That I5 will be fine! If he is buying prebuilt make sure the PSU is big enough!
  2. Depends on the game. Most games will work prefectly fin on that CPU. I have heard BF3 in MP though likes more cores.

    Still overall it will be a good system. Just make sure he has a PSU that can support that GTX570.

  4. I really don't think you're going to have to much of a bottlenecking problem with I5 and the GTX 570.
