How good of deal is this?

Im planning on adding a second 6870 in the near future and saw this on newegg. I know i dont need 850 watts two crossfire 6870's but it looks like a good psu.

Also are ocz rebates good? If they are ill probably get it.

It's a fantastic deal, but 850W is serious overkill. 600W would be fine.

even with a 8120 at 4.5 ghz? Idk how much of a difference that makes but i know that they pull alot of power

lol im an amd fanboy and i made the decesion also i didnt want to get a new motherboard aswell when i upgraded a few months ago... so would something like this be better? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - ive not heard of the brand but im not finding many 650-700 watt power supplies for much under the rebate price.
