OK guys im going to be upgrading my pc and was wondering what a good video card would be for me to use here is a list of the parts this far let me know what you think. IM also open to a higher power supply to go with a good video card

ANTEC 750w power Supply

4x4GB DDR3

ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000 BX80623I72600K

Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

I WAS THINK THIS FOR A CARD!!!
XFX HD-697A-CNFC Radeon HD 6970 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

The Antec 750 watt PSU will be more than adequate to power a single 6970.

If your budget will stretch, get the Antec 900 II instead - same great cooling as the 900 and much better cable management.

If you are going to run the cables behind the motherboard tray, you will need a CPU power cable extension.

The Antec cases, like most cases today, do not come with a system (case) speaker.
