Recommendations for my $700-$1000 gaming computer

Hello, im going to be building a gaming computer and this is the stuff that i am willing to buy and am willing to change if you guys have recommendations. and how many cpu fans and coolers do i need?

At what you are using the PC ? If is for gaming an 15 2500k is the best option. If are doing video encoding,3D and other stuffs where you need more cores then AMD is a good option.
