All DIMM slots fail Memtest 86 on MSI 970A-G46

Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model 996770
AMD FX-4100 Zambezi 3.6GHz
MSI 970A-G46
MSI Radeon 6670

I thought the ram was bad so I purchased:
CORSAIR Vengeance LP 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model CML32GX3M4A1866C10

I've tried testing 6 sticks of ram, 1 stick at a time in every memory slot. It seems after 15 minutes every slot results in errors on memtest 86. This means either the motherboard or IMC is bad on the cpu, right? What is the next troubleshooting step? Should I just RMA the motherboard? It's too late to RMA it back to newegg and I no longer have the motherboard box or anti static bag. I'm at a loss as to what the next step is.

I have manually adjusted the voltage to 1.504 volts. I have tried both setting the timing/frequency to suggested and also tried auto.

I ended up posting the following on a msi forum:

It looks like it was incompatible ram after all. After skimming through a lot of forums on the internet I saw someone with a similar problem. They had incompatible ram. I am now using this:

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-1866C9Q-32GXM

I only had it run for two hours of memtest 86+ but the other ram only lasted 15 minutes. Ill run it overnight to see if it pops up any errors.

I think I'm good now. Will update tomorrow on memtest results... At least it passes Windows Memory diagnostic now.

Current ram timings: 1-9-10-9-28-37
