First build, need advice

So im going to build my first computer and i would like to know your opinion about the components i chose.
Ps. yes i would like to do some overclocking aswell.
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K
Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1)
Graphics: ASUS GTX560 TI DCII PCIE 1GB GDDR5
RAM: G.SKILL F3 8GB
HDD: Sea Barracuda 1TB 64MB 6gb/s
PSU: CM PSU 750W 12CM ATX12V2.31 80+
Going to use this system for gaming.
