Alright, so I have an MSI GT60 laptop with an i7 and HDD 2*500gb RAID 0. Windows 7.

Recently, because if my dog, it was dropped. It worked just fine for a while when, all of a sudden, blue screen of death. It worked fine again for a bit then BAM. Bsod. I started getting an "Error occurred(0)" by my second hard drive in the boot screen, and it wasn't booting. I attempted a system restore in safe mode, but now it doesn't think that it's genuine windows 7. It doesn't even look like 7, and I can't use any themes that were for 7. I can't search for updates either because it thinks it's not genuine. Still the same error in one if the HD's and I think it may be something to do with the RAID connection. I don't know. Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to open her up if I'm not going to be able to fix it.

Hi, If the laptop is under warranty, try contacting the reseller or the MSI support.
