Hey all,

I bought my parents a new laptop to replace their ancient Dell. I decided to keep the hard drive that was in it so I can format it and put Windows 7 on it.

It's a Seagate Barracuda ATA V. 60GB, 7200 RPM (I think), and it has a 2MB buffer. That's where my question lies. Can I run Windows 7 at a decent speed with a hard drive that only has a 2MB buffer?
