Speaker System buying help($110)

and i love listening music and watching movies
currently i am having creative M5300 http://in.creative.com/products/product.asp?category=4&subcategory=25&product=15999
i am unsatisfied with its loudness and sound quality
its base distort at high volume and speakers make weird sound at full volume
so i am thinking about buying a new speaker system
so can anybody recommend a good speaker system for music listening and watching movies
i am having a budget of rs 4500 to 5000 ($100 to $110)
also i am using onboard audio,so should i go for the dedicated sound card?

as long as your using speakers, onboard shouldnt have a problem (atleast it dosent for me)

after some research i can raise my upper limit to 200$
