A new build it is

So I guess its finally time to build a new gaming PC. I know some of the things I am going to get but I would like to hear your opinions aswell on what I can change and what I should add.

So here is what I have so far:
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor
ASRock Z68 Extreme4 ATX Intel Motherboard OR MSI Z68A-GD80 (G3) ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS (don't know which is better..)
MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

So those are what I'm getting and I know I need things like a Case, HD, RAM, PSU, etc, etc. I am going to get what ever I can get that will work with the above mentioned peices. What I would like to know is what you guys think of this so far and what you guys could recommend as far as the other stuff is concerned. Like what brands I should go for and stuff like that. The best way to choose a MOBO is to figure out what features you need. Do you like multiple USB 3.0 Ports? High Def Sound System? HDMI Port? PCI Express 3.0 x16 (newest PCIe technology)?

I'd grab a MoBo w/ an industry standard 3 year warranty. This is the one I use most often in Z68 builds.

I'd get the Asus CU TOP model....it's 20 Mhz faster outta the box and it has a superior 7 phase VRM which means better overclockability .... MSI only has 6 phase design.
