Lost my wireless connection

Hello,
I lost wireless connectivity
i have a sony vaio , win 7 home premium 64 bit
device mgr shows yellow pyramid on microsoft isatap adapter 6, i can't uninstall the isatap, i uninstalled my network adapter but still can fix my wireless
, any ideas on what I can do?

I think this happened after I ran a webroot uninstall utility to get rid of spider files, my email address is razorthin@yahoo.com if anyone can help me pls

Press your Windows key and R a the same time and in the Open box, type sfc /scannow (including the space) then hit the Enter key. Have your W7 DVD - or the recovery disks you should have made - handy in case the System File Checker needs to make fresh copies of files you've deleted.
