I'm moving over my current rig to a HAF X, problem is i dont think my mobo has enough 3 pin for all the fans i want to install. I dont think my PSU has enough molexes for the fans either, as im using two four pins to power my ASUS DCII 570gtx as the PSU only came with a 6 pin!

Current rig:

M4A87TD/USB3
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition Thuban 3.3GHz
Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 XMS3 16GB
SUPER QUIET 22dBA COOLER TITAN
CiT 750W PSU
ASUS DCII 570 (uses two 4 pin molex and a 6pin)
Coolermaster Elite 310

I need a cheapish 750W PSU or any that will power all these components, Modular is out of the question because of the price, it needs a 6 pin and and 8 pin and plenty of spare molexes. Needs to be under £75 too.

Thanks :D

You do not need a 750W PSU to run a build with a single GTX 570.

This review shows an i5-2500K (which is probably ~50W less power hungry on load than a Phenom II X6) and your graphics card, the Asus GTX 570 DirectCU II drawing 340W under Furmark at the wall.

I agree with your decision to buy a new PSU as your current one is a POS and doesn't deserve to be called a PSU let alone a 750W PSU.

Wow thanks, i dont need to pay VAT where i live, so its £50! But i do plan to get a 680 in the future, so will a 650 still get the job done?
