I think my GPU is not compatible with my mobo. Please read!

My planned build.

AMD FX 6200 3.8Ghz
8GB (4x2) Vengeance Corsair RAM
Asus M5A99X Evo R2.0
GeForce GTX660ti 2GB OC Edition

I think it is because my mobo is PCI-E 2.0 but my GPU is PCI-E 3.0 Could that be the problem I dont know?

Pcie3 is backward compatible with pcie2. It is fine use on pcie2.
