I have vmWare 5.1 installed to a SSD on a DQ67EP mini-itx motherboard. There are four hard drives attached to the SATA ports on the board, and the SSD is attached one of the two eSata ports. The SSD is set as the boot device in the BIOS. However, when the machine is powered up, it hangs indefinitely. The only way to boot it is to manually F10 in the BIOS and select the SSD as the boot device.
Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.

To be honest I don't know if the board supports boot from eSATA but you can give our technical support a call at 916-377-7000. That will be the best chance you have to getting this issue taken care of.
