I have not looked at your parts specifically if they would be compatible, but I can do that if you wish. Do you plan on overclocking the CPU because in this case you cannot.

The board is compatible with your parts and since you can't overclock anyway (i5-3470 doesn't have unlock multipliers), an H77 board is just fine.

You can have more fans but they will have to be directly connected into the psu and will not be controlled by the motherboard.
