Parts Preferences: I need a computer that can use most Monitors

Hey Jcc03,

The Tom's $600 build plus a copy of windows 7 will put you slightly over $700. It won't allow overclocking, but will be very good bang for your buck.

Tom's also has a great builder's guide.
