New sabertooth 990fx R2.0 not booting.

Boot Device light on Sabertooth 990fx r2.0 is on and will not enter bios. Also have no power to USB outputs. It is frozen on TUF screen. It has an AMD FX8 CPU, Vengence 8GB ram, and AMD Radeon 7850 video card.

remove AC power from the board anc clear CMOS. Use a single memory module in the memory slot furthest from the CPU. Disconnect all HDDs and connect a keyboard only to a USB port (no other USB devices). Power up the system and see if you can make it into UEFI.

If you still cannot get into UEFI, list any other peripherals you have connected to the board.
