Need Info on class action law suit for hp pavillion dv9000

Hi , I bought the Hp dv9000 , 2 to three years ago ,, I have had my motherboard overheat , many times because of the insufficient heat sink that runs over the video card , we have tried to reset and resotter the video chip , no ,matter what the chip overheats and burns out , I am very frustrated , I have spent good money on the laptop , and im left with a blank screen .. I would like to get the information on the class action lawsuit ,, as I feel I was ripped off , and I would like to get the information on the lawsuit , please help ..
