Need Info on class action law suit for hp pavillion dv9000

Hi , I bought the Hp dv9000 , 2 to three years ago ,, I have had my motherboard overheat , many times because of the insufficient heat sink that runs over the video card , we have tried to reset and resotter the video chip , no ,matter what the chip overheats and burns out , I am very frustrated , I have spent good money on the laptop , and im left with a blank screen .. I would like to get the information on the class action lawsuit ,, as I feel I was ripped off , and I would like to get the information on the lawsuit , please help ..

It's over

they repaired them for free for a short time, but since the warranty is mostly over and they did what they were required to by law(they informed consumers and offered them to repair) they have no more responsibility.

The lawsuit ended in a settlement.
