Asus Nvidia GT240

Asus Nvidia GT240

I bought this graphic card recently...
some people says it is a average GC...but some says its a poor performance GC..
can anyone give me the actual rating of this GC...

Is it necessary for me to buy a new GC... I just use this GC about 2 month...
it is such a waste if I buy a new one...but it does have lagg and performance issue with games that comes with heavy graphics specs...

  1. What games do you want to play?
  2. GT240 is a low-end gaming card, so basically, If you want to do some gaming then get at least GT240. GT240 is about the same performance with HD5670, which also a low end gaming card.

Gt240 is good for a low resolution like 1280x1024 or 1200x900. Above that, I'm pretty sure you need MORE than GT240. There's tons of cards out there, better and worse than GT240. But we choose a card based on our current specs, so we must know first, what is your CPU? RAM? MOBO? PSU? Monitor? Budget?

After that we could suggest you a proper card that suit your need... :)

I'm currently playing mass effect 2...
other games i've played is COD MW2, and Battlefield 2....

and I'm looking forward to play MW3 and battlefied 3....and of course mass effect 3... ;)
but I've played the games low-medium graphic specs to prevent lagg and slow down....

do you think my PC can run MW3, Battlefield 3, and mass effect 3 later????
