Hey. Are any of the following motherboards any good? I don't need a Z77 motherboard, but I noticed that these came with 8GB of free ram so I realized that I can afford Z77 with these setups. I will be pairing it with a intel i5 3470. Is the Z77 worth it or should I stick with H77? I heard that Z77 will increase the longevity of my build. If there are any H77s or Z77 that are better for about $70 - $80 total, please tell. Also, are these trusted motherboard companies to buy from? What is the difference betweeen the second two?

From price/Value ratio, I will get the z77pro4+free 8GB RAM, why? Becasue if you buy the H77+ 8GB RAM you will pay for the same price, and H77 can't OC. If you get the z77pro4 you can oc your i5-3470. Read the review if you want oc the cpu (you don't need oc to 4GHz all the time, maybe in ~3.5-3.8GHz range).
