SPECS:

CPU : AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition

Graphics Card : nVidia GeForce GTX 560

MOBO:Asus M4N68T-M V2 Socket AM3

PSU:Nspire Power Supply NSP-450P4LF12 450W ATX2.0

Case:Tsunami Dream

RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Series DDR3 2133MHz (PC3-17000) 8GB

cpu - okay
gfx - good
mobo - old, could use upgrading to a newer 970/990 chipset motherboard.
psu - from what i've seen, this was built for old p4 pcs. not recommended for ph ii x4 and gtx 560. you must have recycled this from old build or something. get a better psu asap.
ram - good...overkill
if you own this build, change the psu first and then the motherboard. case.. i don't know much about it.
if you're trying to buy the build, do not. there are better components.

gpu- either go for the 560 ti or an AMD/ATI, the plain 560 isnt that great.
Ram- no need for 2133, drop down to 1600 and save some money
PSU- please change to corsair, seasonic, antec, xfx, pcpc, or enermax
mobo- much newer versions out there

like a previous poster said, fill out the appropiate form with your budged and already owned parts so we can help you more

will be a mass upgrade in a reasonable cheap level... my pc is almost like that I can play most games without a problem... I just need to disable antiliasing in the most intensive games... as everyone is pointing out... your psu is bad... it potencially explode with that build...

what is your budget for the upgrade?
how about these:
cpu (if the 955 is unavailable at your location)
