Trigger Happy - last minute advice

Ok so after long research and consideration I've come up with this build:

Cpu - 2500k
Mobo - Asus P8Z68-V pro/gen 3 if I can find it in stock or deluxe version
SSD -Crucial m4 64gb
GPU - EVGA GTX 560Ti Superclocked
PSU - Corsair TX750 V2
Case - Fractal Design Arc Midi
Ram - Corsair Vengeance LP 1600Mhz 8Gb
CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-C12P SE14

I'm planning on gaming at 1080p resolution on a 50" TV
looking for cool ( temperaturewise) and quiet system
Please let me know if any change seems like a better idea
