Good motherboard ?

Hey guys , which one of these would be a good motherboard for my build ?

MSI Z77MA-G45 or Gigabyte GA-Z77P-D3 ?

Will be running it with :

Core i5 3570k
Sapphire HD 7870 2GB .

do you need the mSATA? Do you plan to OC? there's the question right there. If you want to do some very simple and basic OC'ing then I recommend the MSI (I personally run MSI motherboard and graphics card. I'm new to OC'ing and it seems to work great for me.)
If you need the mSATA port then go with the Gigabyte.

If you don't need mSATA and don't plan to OC.. then well it really doesn't matter I don't think lol

Let's throw in the ASrock Z77 Extreme4 into this. Solid board for such a cheap price.
