Memtest errors

Hi recently i been getting bsod and unresponsive program in windows so i decided to run memtest and it has found 654848 errors. what should i do to resolve this problem?

my specs if that helps:
I5 3570k
Asus p8z77-v-lk
asus 7850
Corsair Memory Vengeance Low Profile 8GB
xfx 550w

If the RAM is still under warranty then return(RMA), otherwise buy the new RAMs.
